The name Meemosa is born from the acronyms of the names of
the three Directors and selected for easy to remember. Meemosa Boutique opened
on the ground floor of the new Grand Mee Ya Hta Executive Residences,
centrally located in downtown Yangon next to FMI Centre and the famous Bogyoke
(Scott's) Market and also across from the TRADERS Hotel. The Boutique is only
two years old but the Owner/Director have nine years experience in
manufacturing and selling Rattan, Water Hyacinth and Teak Wood furniture. The
products are popularly sold to the local residents and expatriates as well as
exported to Europe, Japan, South America etc. We have a fine collection of
classic and modern furniture and also make them according to the customers'
designs exclusively.
We also produce Rattan Table Top items, accessories for hotels, homes, office
use and gifts.
We have a fine collection of the famous traditional Lacquerware, new and not
so old, for decorations and gifts. We also introduced the replica wall
paintings of the 11th Century Bagan on cloths which can be rolled up and taken
